Judge Zaldy B. Docena (Ret.) brings with him decades of experience in public service, legal practice, and legal education. He previously served as Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court of Malabon, where he handled a wide range of cases and developed extensive experience in litigation, court procedure, and the practical application of the law. Throughout his years in service, he earned the respect of colleagues and members of the legal profession for his leadership, legal insight, and dedication to the administration of justice.

Judge Docena also served as Chief of the Legal Department of the University of the Philippines Manila, where he provided legal guidance and oversight on institutional and administrative matters. Today, Judge Docena continues to contribute to the legal profession through education as the Dean of the College of Law of Emilio Aguinaldo College, where he plays an active role in mentoring and guiding future lawyers.
