Atty. Ronald is a Senior Partner at Perfecto Neri Quililan and Partners Law Firm, based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. He was previously a Partner at Hizon and Pasamba Law Office, established in 2019, which later merged with Perfecto Neri Quililan and Partners in 2023.​

His practice is primarily focused on litigation, with extensive experience representing both institutional and individual clients in a wide range of civil and criminal matters. He currently serves as collaborating counsel of SP Madrid for several universal and commercial banks, including Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banko De Oro (BDO), United Coconut Planter's Bank (UCPB), and Landbank.

 

Atty. Ronald has extensive courtroom experience in both civil and criminal litigation. He has acted as defense counsel and as private prosecutor in cases involving serious offenses, including violations of the Dangerous Drugs Act, murder, rape, and qualified theft. He has also served as a consultant to the Bureau of Customs under the Bureau’s Action Team Against Smugglers (BATAS), a specialized legal unit operating under the Legal Service and the Revenue Collection Monitoring Group (RCMG). In this capacity, he was involved in the prosecution of smuggling and illegal importation cases, including the preparation and filing of criminal complaints before the Department of Justice. He has likewise been involved in high-stakes and sensitive matters, including cases with political and public interest implications.

 

His land and property practice covers land development concerns, agrarian reform disputes, recovery of possession, and land reclassification proceedings. He has assisted clients in converting agricultural land to residential use and in securing classification of previously inalienable lands as alienable and disposable. He has likewise handled title reconstitution and subdivision of titles, particularly for land development projects.

 

Beyond legal practice, Atty. Ronald is actively involved in business and corporate management. He is a member of the Board of Directors and Vice President of 8 Sands Construction Company, and sits on the boards of Good Meal Inc., Good Meal Holdings Inc., and Eats Asia. These entities are among the principal shareholders behind well-known restaurant concepts such as Salaryman BGC, Salaryman Eastwood, Lazy Suzy at The Podium, and Rabbit Room. His involvement in these enterprises provides him with practical insight into the legal, operational, and strategic challenges faced by growing businesses​.

 

He previously served as litigation counsel for GCash and has experience in technology-related legal concerns. He is CompTIA Security+ certified and holds a Microsoft Azure certification, with working knowledge in cybersecurity and data privacy.
